Stephen Colbert roasts George Bush

The oil problem is a very interesting one, I think, but as long as their isn't a sudden huge spike in oil prices I think the transition from an oil-based to a non-oil-based economy will be relatively smooth. Everyone's way of life will change for sure, but it hopefully won't be nearly as apocalyptic as a lot of Peak Oil people are making it out to be.

Colbert is great, it sort of reminds me of when Jon Stewart roasted Tucker Carlson and the other guy on Crossfire back when it was still on the air.

Does anyone know how they had Colbert giving the speech? I mean Bush must have known he was going to get the stairical roasting of a lifetime. Respect for sitting back and letting the man speak.

i think its sad that comedy central is doing a better job of this than the rest of the press.
